The lady that works for her, dawn marie, is the one i have had to deal with. she does not get back to you, and consequently, you end up calling/ emailing several times about the same issue (and i'm sure you get charged for every message you leave, even though they don't call you back). they made our house buying process much more difficult than it had to be, and it took forever to close. i do not recommend them to anyone.
