I was extremely displeased with the consultation I received from Mark Hoffman. I found him to be rude and condescending. He did not answer my questions to my satisfaction. He actually started to debate me and it was then that I decided to leave. I did not expect him to take my case but I did expect to be treated with respect. I was told that no medical expert would take the stand for me without ever having the chance to explain to Mr. Hoffman what my medical problems are. He admitted that he is not familiar with my disease, yet he acted like he was a medical expert for all things cardiac related. I feel that there is no excuse for being rude to someone who is there to evaluate whether or not they want to use you for a service regardless of the kind of clout that your law firm may have. I will never recommend Kline & Specter to anyone.
