I have played with the idea of taking my case to court for years, and had talked to Ms. Fitzgerald before - she gave me her advice and honest opinion.... I wish I had hired her then! Currently working through a child support and custody case... even when my nerves are frazzled, she has calmed me down and walked me through all this mess. We definitely needed someone like her to go through the situation that we are going through.

Gave her $1500 to basically just type up a settlement agreement in legal format. For two months has said "I'll have it this Friday." When I finally got a draft, it was ridiculously incorrect. I wrote out everything for her, she was real grateful for that! Now she won't return calls and no sign of my very simple agreement. I can't believe I'm considering getting an attorney....to make my attorney do her job!

I was taken in by this lowlife 8 years ago. I was charged for usless letters, and no action to help my divorce case. After quickly going through my retainer, I was informed to add more money or no furthur action would be taken in my case. BEWARE!

Kathryn plays the game of "How to Jack Up the Fees", expertly. She allows opposing counsel to keep extending the issues w/o fighting it. She told me numerous times that she would not charge for some communications but lo and behold, it showed up on her billing. When asked about it, she would say, "oh you're right" but then never corrected it. At $350.00 p/h, she's over priced and certainly not worth the expense.We never knew from one court appearance to the next if she had it together or would be frazzled. This wasn't even for a divorce trial but to lower child support and stop alimony, all to the tune of $80,000 in costs to us.

I have an aquaintance getting overcharged by this Shylock. Something is very fishy about her& her recommending her husband to take care of my friends finances. So far my friend is kept in the dark and is afraid to call this attorney due to an additional fee of 250.00 for each call. I fully believe this attorney is taking advantage of my friend being elderly & not in good health . YOU BETTER WATCH OUT FOR THIS ONE..SHE ONLY HAS HERSELF IN MIND!!!!
