Very bad. I paid him for what he asked and did not do nothing for me. Hired him when I'm getting a divorce. He worked for the other lawyer. I lost everything. Married for 30 years no spousal support, lost my survival benefits. Nothing left for me. He really took advantage of me. Lost my house. Now I'm on my late 60 and I don't have nothing. And my ex makes close to 100 thousand a yr. He lied to me. I was blindsided. I don't have any idea that a lawyer can do something like this. When I hired him I was on disability lost my job and scheduled for surgery. I trusted him taught that I paid him no question asked and he did this to me. Very bad. If someone read my story maybe you can help me. I really really want some justice of what this horrible lawyer did to me. Every night I can't sleep of what happened he is so bad. He should not be practicing law anymore. He took advantange of people. Hope some lawyer will do something. I need justice. So help me god.

Absolutely terrible, does not return calls, avoids court and rather "settles" with opposing attorney meaning he gives ground. Just like a quote from a movie "a nutless monkey could do a better job".

I was blindsided at every turn with this lawyer. When I tried to contact him,it would take weeks for him to return a call. Threatened to fire him once, he asked for a fresh start and he would work for free. Now I cannot get a hold of him again. Fired and found another lawyer to represent me. Would never recommend to anyone.

This attorney was recommended to me by W.E.V.E He was a mistake! He did not fight for me but actually against me. Mr. Petersen wanted me to accept the mediator's report as is and to agree to everything in it without question. (This is the first sign of a bad attorney!) If I had stayed with him I would have lost my children. If you need a fighter, stay away from this one!!
