This lawyer is part of the people. He did not scare me to use it to his advantage; he guided me and explained my situation in a very simple and truthful way. I admire and respect this lawyer.Very busy, gifted, humble and family oriented. He has high sense of respect for the law and for the people. I recommend him over any other attorney I met in Richmond (at least 10 others). I was charged with a speeding violation (85 mph in a 70 mph in the very well-known Hopewell area); I know I was not over 80 mph and decided to take it to court.At that point I wanted to clear my situation and dealing with the false reading would be a later fight. Standish Alexander honesty, simplicity and genius gained my trust during my first face to face encounter.He kept me informed and went to court for me; I am from New Jersey and a travel to Virginia would have taken two days away from my job.Affordable rates and service absolutely brilliant.God bless this attorney during his entire career and personal life!

Mr. Alexander was able to reduce my "22-over" speeding ticket to "fully dismissed with a referral to driving school". This was the most favorable outcome I could have dreamed of! I reviewed Mr. Alexander's website to learn he has excellent credentials and success with out of state drivers. I contacted him on a weekend, and was surprised to get a call back almost immediately. He gave me great advice to prepare for court, and was direct with his comments about the possible outcome. His rate is extremely reasonable. No question went unanswered, and his communication - both phone and email were always timely. VERY pleased!

Mr. Alexander got my 91/70 reckless driving reduced to improper driving. A $400 fine. His prices are good and i feel good about hiring an attorney. Recommended.

I received a “reckless driving” ticket in Hopewell, VA. I met with Atty. Alexander at his office to discuss the case. On my court date he was able to get the ticket reduced to Non-moving Violation - Defective Equipment with a $200 fine. I would not hesitate to use the services of Atty. Standish Alexander if needed in the future.. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Alexander showed a solid knowledge of the traffic laws of Virginia, and he delivered a result as promised. The fact that you need a criminal lawyer can be completely overwhelming, finding the right one is critical. I would consider this event one of the lowest points in my life, I was terrified. It was a Sunday morning and I was on my computer searching crazy for a lawyer. I probably left at least ten email messages to names I found on the computer (some I have still not heard from), Mr. Alexander responded to my email in less then 30-minutes after I sent it to him on a Sunday morning. Mr. Alexander was very reliable and communicated the facts, the law, things to think about and things to consider very well. Speedy follow-up and response to emails and telephone calls was excellent. Mr. Alexander was caring and personable, you were not made to feel like a criminal, but felt believed and hopeful. I would highly recommend Mr. Alexander.

Mr Alexander is a great lawyer. I received a speeding ticket in VA for 89/70. I didn't know that this was considered a criminal offense. Mr Alexander was able to help me get the ticket reduced to 79/70. I would recommend Mr Alexander to my family and friends as well as use his services agin if it becomes necessary.

Great lawyer, reduced my speeding ticket from 81/70 to 0 points, a non-moving violation - defective equipment. Driving above 80 mph in VA is considered a criminal violation, which I didn't know. This could stay one's record for life. I was able to keep my clean record. I live in NJ and did not have to show up for the court hearing in VA, which was great. It saved me 6 hours of driving each way. Mr. Alexander's fees are very reasonable, comparing to other lawyers I called. Judging on my experience, I highly recommenced Mr. Alexander's services to everyone
