Elliot Zisser represented me during my divorce. He devised a creative ending to the proceeding that was tremendously clever. My future independence was solidified through his abilities. I would highly recommend Mr. Zisser to anyone looking for an Ace in the hand.

Mr Zisser came highly recommended to me. Divorce is an exceptionally painful & uncertain time & Elliot was there for me every single step of the way. Not only is he a briiliant litigator & negotiator, he is a very wise, caring, compassionate, calm & supportive person. He was the rock in the storm (hurricane!) of my divorce proceedings and, quite frankly, I am not sure I would have gotten through that nightmare without his sage counsel. In terms of outcome, he was able to orchestrate the best possible one for my daughter & myself---he truly is an amazing & gifted attorney. Does not work for you consistently. Won some, but then turned around and forgot what the basic arguments were when we went back to court. Was astonishing how he would ignore issues and not attend to business but then would appear with a bill that refected lots more work than he actually performed at top dollar.

I used this firm for my divorce and I think that I could have done better. My spouse (ex). I always felt that I was the last one on the list and got the lease amount of attention. I rarely got my calls returned and It seems that the only time I got to talk to the attorney was when he needed more money. I would tell other people that knowledge is important and also communication.
