I had just gotten a felony handgun charge and I thought my life was over. Then I called Brian and explained how stresses out I was. He said not to worry about it and that he would take care of it, and he did. I would recommend Brian to everyone in legal need. He really came through for me.

Brian is the worst lawyer you can get you'll be better off representing yourself than paying him $2500.00. I hired him for a custody battle and he was not prepared nor did he know what he was doing in the court room. Not only that he tried to tell me I didn't pay him up front when I brought him a cashiers check for $2500 and he actually stayed late to get the money. Brian doesn't have a clue about custody battles and I would never recommend him to nobody. I guess that's the same reason all his Grandy's closed for trying to beat the system and not paying his employee's.

Brian did not fail me. I got stuck with a felony, I really thought my life was over. He asked me what I wanted and I told him I really needed it to go away. Im stressing over it, loss my relationship, not to mention my future job possibilities. The state kept saying no to dismissing it, but Brian would not give up on me. Last Friday my case was dismissed!!! I am so happy, it is such a big relief!!! I highly recommend him.

These lawyers are money hungry they do not try to get you the best deal possible. NO Communication what so ever. They do not keep scheduled appointments.. Terrible Terrible Terrible dont waste ur time or money. You should be able to trust ur attorney & communicate. If thats what u expect go some where else.

I love them they are good people who loves god., sometimes there real busy but dnot mean hes not gonna take care of his business, love yall and pray that there law firm and business will continue to grow.

Does not return phone calls or emails. Many of my calls are sent to a messaging service and I never hear from Mr.Bernard or Ms. Jeffers. Look somewhere else, not Bernard and Associates.

He does not return phone calls, text or emails. He took my money without a problem and promised me he would take care of everything. Nothing is completed and it's been 4 months going on 5. Do not hire him.

Brian fought for my kids like they were his own. A dad fighting for 5 kids is rare, winning even more so. Brian was the difference maker, when he says "don't worry, I will handle it" He means it. If you hire another lawyer, you will regret it.

this is so correct, bernard does not keep his clients informed,he is all about takiing your money and not doing what he says he is going to do for you.he is a bad attorney ,do not give him your money...after he gets your money ,you cannot get in touch with him he does not return your calls.his assistance is of no assistance

My personal experience with this attorney was the how unorganized, unprofession and unknowledgable the firm was. I would never recommend them to anyone. The office it's self was always a mess... I should have known better. Please don't waste your time.
