Only got to speak to the gate keeper or paralegal explained that I was calling to help someone already in jail on a felony charge and was told they didn't think the firm could help me. (Referred to the Florida Bar for other attorneys. The person died behind bars. So, it depends on the circumstance...but he costs!!
