We used Bill Howe to close our house in Regina. Even with more than 4 weeks notice, we barely met our closing time. The only reason why we closed on time was because there was no backlog in the land transfer process. The gentleman was rude to my wife on several occasions. His communication skills were incredibly lacking. There was a clear disconnect between the information we were receiving from him and the information we received from his assistant. I am not suggesting that he was inebriated but my wife and I both noticed a very strong scent of alcohol on him when he entered the room. This did not give me a strong sense of confidence with regards to his services. His prices were more than fair but I would have rather paid more than have to deal with this individual. Ultimately, I'm not sure if the closing on my house was handled correctly or not. This is very unsettling to me. This is the main reason why I'm leaving this review so that the event is documented.

I have dealt with Bill as a creditor and then as a client. Bill says it like it is whether it's what you want to hear. Creditors know that he is an advocate for his clients but is realistic in mediating solutions. Sometimes the truth is hard to hear.
