the only thing this practioner of law does is destroy families for her own gain. she should be disbared immmediately.she is a legal criminal.

The worst layer ever. She took 2600 from my sister and did nothing for her. She would not sumit anything to the the judge on her behalf. Would not return phone calls or emails. Showed up for court once. Really 2600 for a basic custody case. I had to show up at her office and not leave till she would talk to us.

first a lawyers job is not to take a personal iterest it is to abide by the laws of the judicial system with respect, not twist them to benefit a client. her and her husband are such great lawyers they have taken a year and a half to brainwash my soon to be ex to not let me see my two minor children. I have not seen or talked to them in 4 months. no i have no criminal record of any sort. when i tried to contact the timoneres in regards to the case jim yelled at me and referred to me as a little punk. i guess thats what you learn in prison. yep check that one out

I have retained Jim and Jane Timonere three times and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Their interest in my issues was personal, and I felt like I was given true, professional, legal counseling. I also respect their joint efforts in practice; it allows more knowledge without two attorney fees. I also felt their fees were extremely reasonable. Will definately use their services again!!

Took one year to process a removal of lein, Jim or Jane did not show up in court. I represented myself and won the lein removal. Terminated their services. Jim Timonere is a Paralegal and handled case. I documented every meeting, phone call, email, resulting in about 8 hours of contact time. $3,000. is a very steep amount for a paralegal with 2 hours by Jane his wife and the lawyer. Said one thing and did another. As a senior citizen they did the wrong thing.
