This attorneys sign on the door should say USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Personnel change all the time, little contact or replies. They ARE only interested in huge settlements. Please look elsewhere, hopefully they will get enough complaints they will have to change the way they operate. I doubt this will ever happen, they will just hire an attorney who can do their job swiftly and fairly are restore their reputation. For a while. BEWARE IF YOU SELECT THIS ATTORNEY-SHE IS NOT AFTER YOUR BEST INTEREST!!!! I only wish I had read these reviews prior to being suckered.

Our case was started in 2012. Every time we call, we have a different attorney working our case because the other attorneys are " no longer with the firm". We don't know what is going on and now when we have to leave messages and are not called back is because the last person changed the password and we can't access the messages. Sorry. I am afraid this case will never end and no one at that firm even cares.

I was nearly killed in a truck wreck 10/1/2010 she contacted me in November 2010 I retained her. The firm Refused to answer phone calls from me and E-mails. Kept putting me off. The other driver was completely at fault, before trial she gave my case to another lawyer, that lawyer called me a liar and threatened to sue me if I refused to settle out of court. Completely destroyed me financially. Refused to give me my file and any documents. She was flirting with the other lawyer when we were doing the deposition, I lost my business, my home and my credit thanks to Kimberly Stovall and her law firm.

I known Kimberly Stovall and her staff since 1998. I come to know her to be superior in her law field. She represented my nephew in a neligent case and she won big for him. She became like family to us. She kept us informed on the case and represented us well in court. Her legal assistant Penny was always there too. She had a great investigator(Greg) who work hard also to gather infomation on the case. We gain so much strength going thru this suit because of Kimberly. She was always so upbeat and happy. I would recommend her to anyone who need a Negligent or Injury Lawyer. or

Refuses to pay vendors and if it does, it takes a long time to receive payment. I've got invoices over 2 years old that haven't been paid and I get little cooperation from the accounting department plus they started questioning the invoices 2 years after the fact.

Idid not really like "lawyers" UNTIL .... I met Kim - She and her staff are just incredible!! I would defintely refer qnyone who has been injured by the negligence of someone else to convince her to represent you. Once she takes your case, there is no stopping her and her firm.She actually refused the insurance company'sm insulting offer of 20K and proved be and my family right about everything at a 1 week trial. Thanks Kim, I really love you and am honored to now call me your friend!!!! You really DO ROCK!! Gratefully,Chris Carter

Kim is a great attorney. She really cares about her clients and works really hard for them. I got a great result and she kept me informed throughout the process. I've sent lots of family and friends to her and everyone of us has been pleased. Her staff is great and very caring.
