As Mr. Rodriguez is a trial attorney (municipal prosecutor), he is often in court. As a result, he is not available those days and communication suffers. He and his staff are slow, especially in matters where timing is critical. While he does seem to be knowledgeable on the off occasion that you should be able to reach him, he makes assumptions that you know what to expect and their is little in the way of advising. The firm is a single attorney practice and there is no one else for back up. My impression is his legal assistant is overwhelmed. Phone calls and emails can go days unanswered. This is essentially a DIY operation. Only if you can spare the time to learn the law and do everything yourself should you contract the services of this attorney.
