Duncan Stclair will promise you things he can't do. Tells you he can take care of everything while he is taking your money. After you pay him is when you see what a liar he really is.

He was retained byfamily to represent me for criminal proceedings, and also to retrieve my property that was left in another state inwhich I'd been arrested in and extradited from, but during the trial for the criminal proceeding inwhich I'd extradited for, St.Clair was Ordered by the Court to be punitive processer possessor over such property of mine, inwhich he'd retrieve from where I was extradite from, and that such property would most-likely be used to satisfy the extradition cost, but St.Clair claimed such property was stolen, and not all was found and returned. Keep this in mind St.Clair was paid to retrieve, such property from the other state by my family, but St.Clair took it upon him self to hire some else, unbeknowing to me, which St.Clair now claims he's not liable, but this person St.Clair hired unbeknowingly to me, is. I've researched this matter. St.Clair is so reasonable, base on fiduciary responsibilities, plus duties of court apptmnt as punitive processor. He's LIAB

Was hired for a Motion For Reconsideration of a sentence; sent inexperienced attorneys to see me and missed the deadline to file. Totally ineffective.

St. Clair sends inexperienced attorneys to see you, violating the atty-client privilege. He ignores you and does not properly prepare for trial. I ordered him to make Apprendi objections and he refused to do so at trial, saying that Apprendi did not apply to my case. Later, S. Court ruled Blakely, then Booker, expanding Apprendi objections. Had he made the objections as I ordered, my appeal would have been strengthened. He never delivered plea agreement to me, but sent inexperienced attys to talk to me. He then lied about trial preparation, saying he begged me to accept Plea for 3 hours before trial at 9 am and courthouse did not open until 8:30. In my 2255, he admitted he did not know what the Fed Guidelines that applied to my case, even though the plea agreement he was supposed to deliver said he was to explain what the guidelines that applied in my case. He also stipulated in a side bar I had a eye birth defect when I served in Air Force and had pilot license. Worthless!
