We hired Mr DOLL IN A child custody case paid over 10k all together, he is a very nice guy but you don't need a nice guy you need someone that's going to help you , stayed in court 2 days a lot of talking but did nothing to help us. We are from Ga never had a chance from day one, had 2 40 year old guys teaming up on a 20 year old and we being from another state it was done before we went in. I see where he has lost his license so I guess that explains it all. The sad thing is what it has done to 2 small kids and there mother and how it has changed all of there life forever not counting there family in Ga.

We have used attorney Robert Doll for years. He has helped us with family law matters and a few simple contract law matters and we have always received good reliable legal service from him. Highly recommended.

He's basically a sincere guy. But he doesn't seem to have enough experience in handling adoption/termination of parental rights cases. In our case, he could not produce evidence at trial that he had served notice to the father properly, which, in our opinion, is a no-brainer. There also was no guardian ad litem assigned to the case. He should have followed up on this issue more dilligently. So the judge all but threw the case out and opened the door for the abusive mother to seek custody/visitation in a case that had a good chance for success given the witnesses we had. As a result, he resigned, we ended up getting another attorney and settling out of court for a less than ideal situation.
