Poor communication from the attorney. Ill prepared In court during custody hearing. No follow through. Lack of drive and ambition. Child welfare not in his interest. Paralegals are typical "know it alls" and handle the majority of the attorney's work, hence lack of communication or tenacity on the part of this attorney. You would be well advised to take your business elsewhere if you are looking to maintain or win custody of your children.

I paid this lawyer $1500 on 6/16 to transfer custody papers from one county to another and file emergency custody due to me discovering drug charges and a domestic charge against my ex. It's now 9/4, 2 1/2 months later, and I'm still waiting for him to file the "emergency" custody papers. There is no communication from the office. I have to call to find out what's going on. I signed a consent order so I wouldn't need to go back to sign the other papers, and someone from the office still called to have me come in and sign again, which I didn't need to do. They are very disorganized and do not return messages.
