This woman MAY know law, but no one would guess it. She is lazy and incompetent and not entirely honest.

This woman screwed up my divorce so badly I almost lost custody of my children to my husband. My husband later told me that HIS attorney was estatic that I'd hired Gretchen Lindquist because everyone knows how incompetent she is. She was totally unprepared for every court appearance, and actually had ME doing a lot of my own legal work. I was kicked out of my home on a bogus restraining order and she did NOT inform me that I could ask for a hearing on that order within 5 days...I ended up spending THREE WEEKS out of my own home. She was intimidated by both my husband and his attorney and as a result I ended up losing my home, I lost out financially, and, as I said, I almost lost my children. Thank GOD I fired her and found a good, competent attorney who took over. Even then she refused to turn over my file for three weeks, and claimed I owed her money that I did not owe. DON'T USE THIS WOMAN, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE AND EVERYTHING ELSE!
