Very detail-orientated and honest,which is hard to find in an attorney.His legal assistant Marie Cubero-Fragomeni,who I believe is now an attorney with them,was fantastic.She handled my case with such compassion and honesty.Great combination of lawyering and office staff..highly recommend!!

It is hard to find a good divorce lawyer. Mr. Tomaio is a very talented family law attorney. He provide very practical advice to me and his knowledge of the law is excellent. He advoated from me in my divorce matter, wherein I was able to obtain a very favorable result.
