Anyone who is having challenges post-divorce as it relates to custody and parenting plan agreements should reach out to Ms. Nancy Brodzki and her team. Three months post-divorce I contacted Nancy related to challenges with my ex-spouse who was threatening to leave the state. Bottom Line Up Front, Nancy is relentless and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She can navigate through the letter and the color of the law. At one point, we were about 9 months in and I was feeling powerless. Nancy quickly provided support and a gutsy, “We got this! We will keep fighting!” Trust me, when you can’t see your children and are denied access, it helps to know that someone is fighting for you! Ideally, we want to believe that we can mutually agree with an ex-spouse for the well-being of the children. That is not always the case and you need to get an Attorney. I had a complicated custody case with my ex girlfriend and Nancy and her staff were amazing. Always got my questions answered and she moved things along really fast which was great for me and my daughter. Thanks to her I get to be really involved in my little girl's life. Nancy Brodzki is the best attorney in south Florida. She fought a very tough attorney and won my case allowing me to relocate with my children as part of my divorce. She blew away the other lawyer in trial. The Judge adopted her entire closing argument as my final judgment. If you're in a battle with your spouse over custody, relocation and money, she is the greatest! My husband had drug and alcohol problems and Nancy played our cards perfectly. She had my husband sweating bullets when questioning him and she made mincemeat out of him. Her associate attorneys also worked on my case and they are both awesome and so smart. Their firm is so professional and friendly, and they made a bad situation better. I recommend Nancy and her firm very highly.

After I hired Ms. Brodzki she assigned my case to a associate, Ms.Brodzki took no interest the specifics of my litigation.. She didn't even attend the pre-mediation meeting even thought I had scheduled the appointment with her. At the mediation she was not familiar with my case or issues that concerned me.

Delegated my case to sub par subordinates who were completely inept. She is rude and condescending. Was outmaneuvered by opposing council at every stage. Left many bases unprotected. A sham of an attorney. Complaints filed with Florida bar

Nancy did more for me as my 2nd attorney than the 1st Attorney who earned $125K did in my divorce! I wish I went to her first. However, in a very short time, we went to court many times at which time my ex never prevailed due to her diligent work and great record keeping. We finally were able to put my ex in jail for Contempt, for 3 weeks and get paid the lump sum of $20K back support that he hadn’t paid in years! Nancy got most of the attorney’s fees back too from him. I let Nancy do her magic and she did an outstanding job. She always answers her calls and emails and files the necessary paperwork very fast. She is compassionate and makes you feel that you and your children are important, because she is a mother too. The fact that she is passionate makes all the difference. Nancy is not a money hungry attorney and will give you all the options to settle your matters quickly. I only wish I went to her first. My ex is afraid of her! And he should be.

Ms. Brodzki was my fourth lawyer, and she took my case to trial and WON. She did a fantastic job and her knowledge and experience made the difference in my case. Nancy Brodzki got my kids back. My husband filed a false restraining order and took my kids away. Ms. Brodzki handled the hearing and made mincemeat out of my husband! I got my kids back, and the Judge restricted his visitation with the kids to protect them. We then filed for divorce and she negotiated the settlement that I wanted. We had to go to court three different times along the way and she was better prepared than the other lawyer, and the Judge really listened to her. But in the end, she saved me alot of money in the settlement. I highly recommend her.

Nancy is a friend of mine. I am going thru a divorce right now, but unfortantely she can not be my attorney as I live out of state. But she has given me advice on how to find a lawyer, questions to ask my lawyer, the steps that will be taken. She puts everything into what she does. So I know whoever she represents is going to get the best legal services that are available. Wish she could represent me.
