Anyone who is having challenges post-divorce as it relates to custody and parenting plan agreements should reach out to Ms. Nancy Brodzki and her team. Three months post-divorce I contacted Nancy related to challenges with my ex-spouse who was threatening to leave the state. Bottom Line Up Front, Nancy is relentless and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She can navigate through the letter and the color of the law. At one point, we were about 9 months in and I was feeling powerless. Nancy quickly provided support and a gutsy, “We got this! We will keep fighting!” Trust me, when you can’t see your children and are denied access, it helps to know that someone is fighting for you! Ideally, we want to believe that we can mutually agree with an ex-spouse for the well-being of the children. That is not always the case and you need to get an Attorney. Nancy helped me get my children back despite the many obstacles!

In a tough situation, like a divorce, it is good to have someone you can trust. Nancy is very good at what she does. She is honest & has her client's best interests in mind. Her office staff are amazing & very friendly. Nancy & her office helped me immensely with my divorce & custody issues.. from out of state. She made everything easy to understand & took tome to answer questions. She set realistic expectations & delivered quality results. I would highly recommend Ms. Brodzki & her office.

Nancy Brodzki came highly recommended and now we know why. We hired Nancy for a very complicated dependency case, after consulting with numerous attorneys Nancy, took the case with confidence. Nancy along with her staff were able to filter through many obstacles/statues and we walked out of the courtroom with smiles. Nancy is very compassionate about her field of work and she puts great effort into her work. She was very open and honest, which gave us great comfort. Nancy and her staff were very thorough with working on our case, returning calls, as well as keeping us informed with any motions filed for us or against us. Delegated my case to sub par subordinates who were completely inept. She is rude and condescending. Was outmaneuvered by opposing council at every stage. Left many bases unprotected. A sham of an attorney. Complaints filed with Florida bar
