First of all, I am pretty sure he only does dwi defense and not civil law and that being said, I got to say he is the best! My case was pretty bad & figured I should just plead guilty but I let Mr. Fiandach and his attorneys do their job and when the case was done I ended up with a speeding conviction! Can't thank Fiandach & Fiandach enough! I am forever grateful for their hard work and expertise!

Ed is fantastic. He was the third DWI lawyer I met with and this is where I should have started. I admit I drove him crazy, I must have met with him five times on top of three court appearances, nevertheless, at trial he managed to destroy the breth test and literally had the cop admit that he was not sure I was intoxicated. Well done Ed, a heartfelt thanks.

Horrible. Ed only talks to you in the beginning to seal his payment. Expensive. He has one of his scrub attorneys represent you and for me it was a different attorney for each court appearance and they always needed me to tell them what happened. They had no clue what my case was about. About 80% of the time they wouldn't show or were late. At one point the town clerk had to send them an ultimatum b/c the Judge was frustrated with their lack of attendance. When it was time for the cop to testify who showed up late, my own attorney through Fiandach told the judge and prosecuting DA that they can have 20 mins to go over their side of the story. This was after the cop missed the first scheduled testimony too. Other people I know had much better luck with different firms. Too expensive and they don't care at all or even keep track of your case, honestly probably would have been better off representing myself which is unheard of.

I used Fiandach for a felony DWI. I wish I used him the first time. The guy was fantastic, knowledgable and very easy to work with! I ended up taking having a trial in county court. I couldn't believe how my attorney ripped apart the testimony of the arresting officer. It was amazing. I almost, and I repeat, almost, felt sorry for the cop. Even the prosectuor looked sick when the cop got off the stand. I would highly recommend Ed Fiandach. I hope I will never need his services again, but if I do, I wouldn't make any other call but to him.

Horrible, the worst dwi lawyer. Save your money for your fines. Never argued my case did absolutely nothing except take my money. They would show up to court late and walk in like a hot shot.

Expensive, not easy to work with, hard to get a hold of, unfamiliar with the laws, not helpful at all. overall i paid lots of money and got absolutely nothing in return. they told me to plead guilty to something i didn't do.
