I was referred to Steve by a friend. Steve charged me $1500 plus costs to setup a Corporation. I thought it was too much as I found so many places on the web to do it for $500. But, his services were most complete. He did get my tax id numbers very quickly so I can oepn my bank account and import my products from China. I wanted to have a C corporation but Steve talked me out of it. I saved over $25,000 last year alone by listening to his advice to elect S corporation. One other lawyer I talked to told me to have a C corp. Obviously, that lawyer did not know anything about the advatanges of S corp. I owed over $600,000 in income taxes. It took Steve two years to beat down the taxman to settle my tax case. At times I was unhappy that he couldn't resolve my case quickly. But, when he got my offer accepted I was elated. He settled my case for $26,000 to be paid over 24 months! Even when I was not happy with the snail pace of his negotiation with the taxman, he returned all of my calls.
