He was (in MY opinion) arrogant during our initial interview but I hired him because I was on a time constraint and I figured as long as he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, he (alledgely) failed to do something I expected him to and my case was closed without discharge which means I'll have to do it all over again. He wants more $$ to correct the problem. Duh. No thanks. I'd rather pay someone else...even if it costs more.
