My highest recommendations! As an independent technology consultant through two economic downturns and with a teenager who got cancer, we had some hard financial choices to make; and delaying paying the IRS was one of them in order to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table was one of them. But eventually they needed to be paid. Robert expertly helped us resolve our lien and about SIX YEARS of back-tax mess, helping set things up and guide us through our repayment plan and working with the IRS to make sure things were done right on both sides. We really appreciated Robert's tax law knowledge, but especially his accessibility and guidance and clear explanations. We got through the plan and are now free and clear, and I honestly believe it would have been a lot longer, more stressful, and more costly to us without Robert.

My father and mother found themselves in trouble with the IRS. After years of trying to handle the situation themselves and using a not so trustworthy company that promised huge things, they found Robert Tourek. Mr. Tourek was able to calm the situation using his years of experience and contacts he has made. He worked out a plan and guided them through every step. Straight forward. No sugar coating or pie in the sky promises, but with concern and compassion to get the situation resolved. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone who is in a dilemma with the IRS to contact him ASAP. Do not try and do it on your own.

My company had to deal with a payroll tax issue that stemmed from us not using a payroll service in our early days (big lesson learned there!). A lien was filed against our company, and I was in over my head trying to deal with the fallout of the problem. Robert Tourek came through in spades for us. He helped us understand the issues at hand, deal with the IRS, and come up with the best plan to get out of the mess we created. He was always available to take my calls and emails, and he made sure that we were always in the loop. I'd highly recommend him, and I'm grateful for the confidence he gave me to deal with such a foreboding and challenging time.

2005 was a mess so we procrastinated. 2008 was worse so we continued to procrastinate. 2010 the IRS filed a lien and threatened to tie up our accounts. The IRS was looking for over $45,000 and the complexity of the problem was well beyond the abilities of a normal tax preparation service. Though our mailbox was stuffed with solicitations from mill attorneys, we feared such operations would sign us up only to hand off our case to legal assistants and secretaries. Robert Tourek exclusively handled the entire process; no delegating to someone with lesser knowledge. He proved to have a thorough understanding of how to handle tax problems well beyond the complexity of our own. Five years of tax headaches have been resolved. The $45,000 lien is gone and we received refunds for three out of the five years. Robert Tourek's performance exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I are extremely happy we found Mr. Tourek to represent us with an IRS issue for small business. He knows his business! I would recommend him to anyone. He knows exactly what the IRS is after and how to provide the information in such a way as to gain a favorable response. Everything he predicted happened exactly the way he said it would. He knows the agency well as well as their auditors and offices. I was greatly impressed.

I can't recommended Robert enough. Our IRS issues kept escalating to what I though was going to be a hopeless situation. I contacted Robert and he took immediate control of the situation did an amazing job. We owed well over 100,000+ and I was very impressed with the agreement that Robert negotiated for us. Trust me do do try to tackle IRS issues on your own. Give him a call
