As a mediator he was subpar. He walked around took vreaks and visited while on the clock and seemed to waste time. Instead of having both parties in the room to do the mediation he had in separate rooms which was definitely a time waster. He then brought the parties together and discussed everything. It could have been handled more efficiently. He claimed he knew nothing about military pay and seemed very ignorant in that aspect. Seemed more interested in making a buck and did not have a set of standard mediation guidelines which slowed everything down. If you want someone to waste your time he is your guy!

Max was great help in dealing with our child custody case. In a state where mom's always win, Max helped us prove that wrong. It took a while, but most of that was because her attorney's kept bailing on her forcing us to start over.

He is lazy,drags things out to make more time and money wasted.Non-responsive to other atty request for information....in fact took 2004-2008 to respond on just a income of a client. LAZY COUNTRY BOY !
