Hired Lenkowsky and it was the biggest mistake! He is never prepared. He won’t even know what you're going to trial for. He won’t keep you updated or return your emails. Once you make it to trial he will then defend the opposing side. Hired him for 10 months and he never updated us until the day of trial stating that we don’t have a chance. You are better off defending yourself.

I turned, and I ran! First of all, the man wouldn't answer any of my question. He proceeded to throw "big words" at me probably thinking I'm some "helpless", unintelligent woman. He seemed to not have time to hear me out, "answered" every one of my questions with a definition of whatever it was he was rambling on about. Nothing was straight forward and to the point. He was in a rush to get through the "small talk" and to the part where he runs my credit card for his services. I would most definitely NOT recommend this man to anyone. Period.

This attorney has a habit of taking exhuberant fees and not doing the performance. Be very leary of his double talk that trys to intimidate.

This lawyer has been suspended effective 7-1-08 by the Arizona Bar for 90 days for numerous trust account violations involving mismanagement of client funds and conflicts of interest. He had been previously twice reprimanded. His office will remain open but staffed only by first year lawyers. Stay away from him.
