I hired this attorney to handle a legal matter. He has been rude, unprofessional and incompetent throughout the whole process. He is unethical and bills for work that he has not performed and threatens when you question his billing practice or professionalism. He is a thief, crook and a cheat. After my bad experience with him, I found out that he has treated other peoples matters the same way. He is presently being investigated by legal authorities and I encourage anyone who has had the same horrible experience to report him to the bar. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and stay away from this guy. He will probably not be licensed much longer.

Hardly ever reachable; over charges then,"gives a discount", doesn't bill on a regular basis. Really,he just takes your money and wants more.

I hired a lawyer (A.G.) for what turned out to be a long and nasty divorce. Within months, because of his incompetence, I was forced to fire him and represent myself. I attempted to undo the damage due to his incompetence and was put in jail for my efforts. My ex-wife's attorney,(H.L.)was having his way with me and even arranged to have all of my pension funds removed. I panicked and looked for a lawer that I could afford. Thank God I found Paul Boronow! When Mr. Boronow walked into the Court, H.L.knew it was over. Mr. Boronow sent cease and desist letters to H.L. and the pension consulting firm which put an end to the shenanigans. H.L. quit the case within a week. My entire situation turned around instantly. Mr.Boronow re-settled the Judgment of Divorce and undid the devastation.He worked with me regarding his fees. He's not about the money. He's out to help good people. We are now in Court again fighting for custody of my children. I owe my retirement and my sanity to this man!

He represented me, and when I ran out of money (because of health reasons), he handled the balance of the case for free. He got me everything I needed, fair support, continued medical insurance and my share of the assets. I know he helps women in the domestic violence shelter for free too. He won an award from the bar association for that. I'm shocked at the negative comments on here. They are anonymous and seem that they are done to hurt him. The comments are probably from the spouses of the people he represented. If you have any questions, contact me and I can give you details.

He overbills for everything!!!! He charges his full rate when he is suppossed to charge you at the paralegal rate...stay away!

This man is a crook!! he should be put out of business. he only wants to get your money and doesn't send you anything regarding your divorce expect for bills... his secretaries are in on it too... i wrote him a letter after he's trying to charge me 3 times his quoted fee!! they told me that my divorce wasn't done when i had a friend check at the county clerks office and it showed it was done over a month ago!!! BAD NEWS STAY AWAY!!!

An unscrupulous crook. As soon as he realized I was out of money -- in the middle of my divorce proceedings -- he dumped me. He actually told me that if I didn't come up with everything I owed him within 24 hours he "would make me look bad to the judge." I can only assume he did so, because after 13 years of marriage to a man earning $100K, who saw to it that I lost my job during the divorce, an alcoholic who was having a blatant affair, I came away with nothing except my son and the state minimum child support. Boronow told me from day one that my ex would be ordered to pay all legal fees -- until my money was exhausted when he left me stranded. He had the nerve to sue me for money I owed him. I fought him on it and "won" -- didn't have to pay any more than he'd already bled me dry for.

Mr. Boronow's practice is to get people in, meet with them, retain and take their money and then charge them the same day for work done that doesn't get done for weeks or months at a time. He is never in the office, does not return calls and pushes his client's off on his secretaries or paralegal. He over bills - he will charge more than 5 hours for a stipulation of settlement under his name and it's his paralegal that is doing all the work on the documents and passing the time of as himself. So if you want to spend a ton of money then go for this attorney. How do I know this - I worked for this attorney and his billing clerk is just as bad of a crook - who doctor's the bills.

plucked down a 5000.00 retainer for a child support issue against my wife's ex husband and 48 hours later changed our mind because of the costs vs.the outcome and this crook would only return 3000.00?he said he already started to write a motion. we had to wait over a month for the money. stay a way,a wolf in lambs clothes.
