Kelly was fabulous in court! She tore the other side apart. Throughout the case she was responsive and stayed on point. She had my back all the way. If you want an excellent and knowledgeable attorney, Kelly is the one for you!

Kelly likes to take the full 2 years to get your divorse settled, why you ask...all about the money. She had two other cases the same day i was in court and they were over 2 yrs and still no resolution. She makes things seem more than what they really are. If you want a quick divorse, look else where..

Kelly does not respond to email and calls.... Gave me the wrong information in reference to registering my divorce/ chikd support decree to another state where I moved.. Now I am struggling and going crazy, trying to do this now, all this back and forth trying to resolve this to enforce child support is now stress, days off from work I cant afford, and different answers from many different agencys.. Her assistant is the worst, has no clue and gave me alot of incorrect info as well.

I found Kelly Gaughan to not only be weak in her fight against the other side but to also be lacking in her care to resolve her clients legal issues. She always gave concessions to the other side without a fight. Example: I had 16 continuences on divorce hearings that all but 2 the other side filed for and not once did my attorney ever contest them. On one, my attorney and me were left standing in the rain waiting for the doors to the mediation house to open well past the scheduled time to only find that the other side had filed for a continuence again. In court to try to get my wife to give up information in discovery that she was not supplying, my attorney allowed the other side to get away with it for over three months past the 30 day period allowed by the court. After that, we needed to file for a subpeona to get information on my wife that was out of state. Kelly explained the process to me and when i felt cofident, she never filed the subpeona.
