It is better to go into court unrepresented than to waste money and hope on Bobbi Jackson. He makes promises he does not fulfill. I would go so far as that he represents his client's opponent more than his client. Huh? Was there anything in it for him? He told my sister, "Over my dead body will you lose custody of your children." Well guess what? Not only did she lose custody of two of her three children but she also died just a few years later, after this case just destroyed her. Bobbi Jackson is still alive. All of this of course was after spending close to six figures on "legal representation." Larry Hayes was co-legal council.

I too had the same problems with Mr. Jackson..exactly the same problems!!! He didn't remember I had children and at one point I wasn't for sure he was even going to show up for court with me because he wouldn't reply to my calls! I wish I would have seen the review above mine sooner!! Please, please do not use this man or the office!! I pulled out of my divorce because my husband and I reconsiled, and after writing a letter, calling, and emailing he still wouldnt answer me. Isn't that odd that I'll have to get another attorney to get my money back from a former attorney!! It's really past the point of money now, it's just the point of the whole thing! I think he has lost his mind and trying to hide it....anyway, save yourself and go with Rose! or someone else, Mr. Jackson is overrated!! Superlawyer!??? I wonder how much he paid for that status?!

Robert “Bobby” Jackson is the most unprofessional and unethical attorney I have ever dealt with. I chose him for my divorce in response to my wife choosing Rose Palermo. Although the initial meeting went fine, as soon as he had his $3500 retainer I was quickly forgotten. Over a 6-month period I only received 3 return phone calls in response to repeated inquest as to the status of my case. The few times I actually spoke with Mr. Jackson he had zero recollection of any of the details of my case, including the fact that I had a child. His paralegal assistants were just as awful. They never returned my phone calls and rarely responded to my emails. They flat out lied about the status of my case and paperwork. After promptly turning in my discoveries it took them 3 months to transcribe them and send them off to my wife’s lawyer. When I asked why it took so long their response was “the copier was broken”. Eventually Mr. Jackson withdrew as my attorney and left me high and dry.
