Worst experience. Greedy for money. Had an agreement for 2000 bucks for my case and ended up paying more than 6500 bucks and case was lost. My ex took injunction against me based on false accusations and I kept on asking him to defend me in court as I had enough evidences to prove myself innocent. Instated of listening to me, he ended up me accepting indefinite injunction in court. The other party was a free legal aid attorney who did better then him. I went off lot of suffering and it was a horrible experience. Ultimately state investigated the case and I provided them evidence of my innocence and they agreed and dismissed the allegations against me. I asked him to at least represent me in court for dismissal of injunction as I prove my self innocent to the state and they dismissed the grounds of injunction after 3 years. He asked me another fee of 1500 bucks. This man has no soul or shame.

In regards to the last review I have to disagree. Ken always answers my calls and is very passionate when it comes to his clients best interests. Ken was recommended by two of my family members and I am great full for that. Ken and his staff are very professional and go above and beyond for their clients. His professionalism shows not only in his office but definitely in court, he knows his job and knows it well. I want to express my appreciation to Ken and his great staff for always helping me. Just about the worst attorney I have ever encountered. If I could give him less than 1 star I swear I would. He was hired as my divorce lawyer but a 4 year old could’ve done a better job. Never answered my calls, didn’t fight for me and I lost everything in this divorce. I do mean everything, he couldn’t even save me a fork! I gave away my money to this man.

The state was attempting to terminate my rights as a parent. Mr. Kaplan diligently jumped aboard,quickly reviewed any/all documents. He is the first lawyer in almost four years that read my entire file (which is extensive in nature)He took time to speak to everyone involved. I feel extremely confident the work that Mr. Kaplan has done significantly changed the dynamic of my proceedings. I now see promising results, with his expertise in this matter. This shift in my case was long overdue, Mr. Kaplan diligently is persuing a timely closure to this case.Here is an attorney who gets to the nuts and the bolts of the matter, you have certainly found the right one. He takes time to listen to my perspective and concerns keeping focused on the tasks at hand that benefit me and my family in this case. I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me have been wonderful,a real blessing. I can recommend him without qualification to anyone who needs assistance with divorce. You will not find anyone better.

OMG!!!! 1/13/2017 is one of the best day of my life. Mr. Kaplan K did a great job on my case.I would recommend him to anyone who needs a kind, compassionate, my divorce was emotionally draining, stressful, etc.... I call him at anytime crying, he always calms me down, or text him he always respond or return my call at his earliest convenience. He's price is reasonable. Ken has represented my family for over 6 years in various aspects of family and dependency law. This guy is amazing. He was understanding of the case and the emotional strain it caused my family. He arrived early at his office to see me and was still kind when I walked in an hour late after being stuck in traffic. His office is small, but the staff make you feel very comfortable, offering chairs for extra people or if we wanted anything to drink. I would recommend him and I will continue to use him myself in the future.
