The state was attempting to terminate my rights as a parent. Mr. Kaplan diligently jumped aboard,quickly reviewed any/all documents. He is the first lawyer in almost four years that read my entire file (which is extensive in nature)He took time to speak to everyone involved. I feel extremely confident the work that Mr. Kaplan has done significantly changed the dynamic of my proceedings. I now see promising results, with his expertise in this matter. This shift in my case was long overdue, Mr. Kaplan diligently is persuing a timely closure to this case.Here is an attorney who gets to the nuts and the bolts of the matter, you have certainly found the right one. He takes time to listen to my perspective and concerns keeping focused on the tasks at hand that benefit me and my family in this case. Mr. Kenneth kaplin, is a great attorney. He's been representing me for over 8 yrs now and he's the best on south florida. Precise and full of experience, a class act and humble person. Mr. Kaplan has represented me for 20 years and most recently as last week. He's very knowlegable of the law, always prepared and well connected within the family court system. He listens to your issues and stradegizes with you to ensure the best outcome for your case.

Messy!! Doesn't prepare you, office staff very very unprofessional for a lawyer office, calls are never returned, as someone else said QUICK TO BILL and of course not refundable...... Clever!! Will not recommend him to anyone.

Arrived unprepared. Messy files. Doesn't prepare you. Makes you feel dumb every time you ask a question. Office calls are never returned. Worst layer. Quick to bill you.

Bad communicator. Has his own agenda. Strictly seat of his pants lawyer. Good court room knowledge however but arrives unprepared and does not prepare you as well.
