I find it interesting that all three "hire him" comments are all written the same way & a few weeks apart. The earlier comments are definitely more right on. This attorney not only does NOT answer emails, he doesn't even read them, nor does he return calls. You have to keep calling him back & hope he happens to answer. He even admits to being overwhelmed with too much information. He gets flustered easy! He wants to do as little as possible for the max amount of money! In the end, do what you feel comfortable with, but if you do choose him, be careful & be aware! Stay on his back & remember, he gets flustered easy!

My wife and I have hired Chris to do work for us after he was recommended by an attorney who was leaving the area on two separate cases and I have retained him for a third. He always was able to obtain a good outcome for us and his pricing was extremely fair as well. He always returns calls promptly and answers all of my questions prior to going into court.

This lawyer talks a good game but when you finally make it to court, he folds. His communication skills are poor, I leave message after message and rarely receive a return call. He never seems to be prepared for court. When I had to make an appearance, he arrived 20 minutes late and was unprepared. He had to take notes outside the courtroom. You would think that a good lawyer would be prepared PRIOR to going to court. It seems he is either overworked or just doesn't care enough about my case to actually figure out how to win. Another issue is he tells you ways that you will not win instead of trying to figure out ways to win. In my opinion, he could be a first rate lawyer, if he were to get his priorities in order and stop dragging his feet.
