Do not let the attorney convince you that he can take your case, the attorneys are very lazy, nothing was ever done, I never went to court it was a simple case of child support increase and they always has some lame excuse. I lost my money and the attorneys don't care. I had to hire another attorney of course I paid more money but I went to court very quickly and I won please do not go there.

WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I was completely disappointed with this attorney. I concur with everything that is stated in the comment above. This man had no concern for me or my case. He just took my money. I wasn't made aware about my case dealings. He would rush me off the phone when I did speak with him. We never went to court. I had to constantly reinform him about things dealing with my case. I wish I had not spent my hard-earned money on him before I had to terminate him as my lawyer. Do NOT use hire him. You will regret it!

Had the opportunity to default. Did not. Failed to keep me informed of the process and legal documents necessary to obtain from spouse. Failed to obtain credit report, tax returns, bank statements and verify spouse's income. I had to repeat information from previous sessions/phone calls, even if the information had been provided in writing. Lost documents. During settlement, only advised me to agree as court would be costly. When I informed him of the errors, stated that requirement of documents and evaluation of assets was for persons of higher incomes.
