Hard to say just Good, he solved my partnership dispute without going to court, and worked out our offering materials to raise some funding from Wall Street, at start was not cheap, but made sense since no abusive hourly billing, no big staff though, but reachable, is distracted some with stuff in D.C. he does politics wise, nothing to do with us.

Found him through trusted friends, he is not caught up with Internet advertising I know of one billionaire he advised but he did not charge me like that he charged a big fee no hourly did the job and made everyone happy in my deal. I know another kinda lawyer would have billed hourly for weeks, not better happy I met him.

Blunt pleasant advisor no bad surprises. He kept within budget and copied me on things timely. I saved time and money though he is not cheap.

all about getting paid, charges large fees, no hourly breakdown, no a good listener always interrupts the client, BSer.
