Took retainer 9/24/08 and he knew he would be disbarred. What a jerk! He refused communication after that.

i hired marty because of his fathers rights background. He did good by me and i got custody of my kids and the house.As far as i am concerned he earned the money !!!!

Like many, I too was swindled out of retainer money as Marty used his revenue for his personal expenses rather than his clients, as he admitted to in the court hearing when we was disbarred from practicing law in NYC November 9, 2009 http://www.courts.state.ny.us/courts/... He admits to owing people their unused retainer money yet still has not returned it, nor even contacted them to make appropriate arrangments. Doesn;t want to answer phones I won my case against him gave him 4 months to come up with the money that he agreed he owes me from an unused retainer now he won't answer the phone again

Has not returned our retainer money,has ignored all our phone calls,emails,and also a certified letter that was sent to him.

months after case was closed, and retainer was to be returned, refused to return phone calls, faxes, emails, still waiting for retainer reimbursement since february 2008.
