Like many, I too was swindled out of retainer money as Marty used his revenue for his personal expenses rather than his clients, as he admitted to in the court hearing when we was disbarred from practicing law in NYC November 9, 2009 http://www.courts.state.ny.us/courts/... He admits to owing people their unused retainer money yet still has not returned it, nor even contacted them to make appropriate arrangments. Has not returned our retainer money,has ignored all our phone calls,emails,and also a certified letter that was sent to him.

months after case was closed, and retainer was to be returned, refused to return phone calls, faxes, emails, still waiting for retainer reimbursement since february 2008.
