In my case, he reported that he read our court file and later when confronted after learning that he didn't read it he said, "who would want to!" He made recommendations that were based only on the other parties statements while not taking adequate time to gather facts that were pertinent to the case. He actually misled the court the court to believe that the child's therapist weighed in when he did not- he was referred back to the file. He took a sucessful child out of a stable home who is now having problems and recommended joint custody with an abuser. My relationship with our child has been damaged by his actions. The child no longer gets therapy, necessary medication for a diagnosed problem, and is not allowed to participate in sports, or engage in any normal peer relationships with other kids her age.

Terence Chucas is worthless at best......dangerous to the welfare of children to say the least. I've waited till my children were of age before posting any comments re this POS individual. Look for the Facebook page I am creating for his victims to join together, share their experiences and hopefully get rid of him.

Terence was given certified knowledge from the police records of his witnesses still he refused to use it in his assessment however he subordinated the perjury of these witnesses to make recommendations. He knowlingly used false statements to make his assessment. It is difficult to communicate with an individual that is roller coasting in a rage while blackmailing and threatening you. I did most of the work for him in getting certified records etc., and he still did not have the tenacity to include this evidence in his assessment. He lies, exaggerates, and is biased. He has no value, he is a detriment to children.
