Paid him for case fee, he did not do any preparation before court appearance, acted like a fool in courtroom, the judge was frowning the whole time when he was questioning. Collected money but does't want to do any work to earn it.

Dominic did a great job for me, he knew his facts, pulled no punches and presented a clear and defined case for me during my child support hearing, we didn't get the results we wanted but that was not his fault, NYS is just doesn't treat fathers fairly. I highly recommend him and would use him again if I needed to.

I found Dominic to have a working knowledge of the law and to be well known and respected in the legal community. Although his fee was more than I was quoted by other lawyers, I obtained the result I needed and that made it worth the extra money I spent. He was available by phone at night and on the weekends to answer my questions.

Dominic is a very good example of much that is wrong with the current legal profession. Like most attorneys, he talks a very good game while providing the initial consultation. However, once you've retained him, you'll find that he does little-to-no preparation for court, does absolutely no background investigation of the opposing side, is reluctant to return phone calls, let's the opposing attorney take and hold the upper hand in all of the court proceedings, and generally has no interest in the outcome of the case whatsoever, his only concern being that he gets his money.
