Mrs. Overturf has handled several things for me and has always been professonal and proficient in her work and ethics, with the case, time and money. I can't put into words how thankful I am to have Mrs. Overturf as my attorney because she has been able to get results when others have said nothing could be done, or they have wasted my time and money with no results. Upon visiting Ms.Overturf and discussing my case she assured me she could help me and should have no problem winning. Because of her neglect to do her job the case was thrown out for no activity after an amount of time set fourth by the court. I was not given any of my money back and if fact was told by her I had to pay more money plus filing cost to reopen it. She basically took a considerable amount of my hard earned money and did nothing.
