So far my son and I are pleased.We are scared to death by the charges.I feel confident that he will represent my son with knowledge professionalism and he will get a dismissal.Sometimes we have problems getting our phone calls answered promptly but I think it was just extenuating circumstances.One office person is very sweet and compassionate and understands how despondent a client can feel at times and isn't annoyed by our frequent calls.One person who answers is not so nice.It may be the same person on a bad day.Not sure.Sometimes attorneys forget that our cases are the most important event in our lives.The justice system is confusing but once we speak with him we walk away feeling comforted and confident in him.I read the other complaints and I would be quite upset if he didn't show up for an important court date.I would hire D. Rozas and complain to the bar and anywhere else that will listen unless there was a true emergency/reason.He's not hard on the eyes either.I will update you

He has no problem taking your money but if you aren't news worthy or an LSU player you can forget about him calling you back or showing up for court. He likes to do things behind the scenes without you knowing. He didn't even finish my case, Mr. Stockstill did. He didn't have any ptoblems taking a large chunk of money from me though. Unless you will give him face time on TV you might as well call someone else. He promised to be there all the way through and if there were any questions he would call you back. Doesn't happen that way. Find someone else!!

Never calls back. Not a easy person to talk to. Bases his results over favors he's done for others.
