Dennis Fitzgerald did a great job on my divorce case. He is professional, knowledgeable and
courteous and keeps you informed about every step of the process (in terms you can
understand). One great asset is his attention to detail, in relation to you ( his client) but also to opposing counsel and fillings to make sure you are protected to the letter of the law. Be patient, the process takes times, but Dennis moves it along as fast as
possible. Consider his suggestions . In my experience , they are well thought and
result in satisfactory solutions for both parties. In one negotiation , his timely suggestion
resulted in a benefit to me worth more than his total fee.
I believe Dennis is an excellent attorney and do not hesitate to recommend his
services to anyone at any time.

I found Mr. Fitzgerald in the yellow pages. He was always out of the office when I called, and it would take days to get a response from him. He made no effort to fight for me or my child. He seemed scared of my husbands attorney, and it just felt like he didn't have my best interest at hand. I had to hire a second attorney to get the job done.

I hired Mr. Fitzgerald after firing a much more expensive legal team for what felt to me like neglect of my case. Fitzgerald was the lowest priced attorney in town - I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received for the price. I have and will recommend using his services.

Told me exactly what to expect and listened to my situation fully. Did the work for the less than the price quoted and actually refunded me part of the retainer he didn't use!

I couldn't be happier! I explained my situation, my husband was a jerk and so was is lawyer. But Dennis knew just how to handle them. We didn't see the inside of a courtroom. I would strongly recommend this attorney.

me and my former husband fought throughout our marriage and we both hired attorneys that only added fuel to the fire. I fired my attorney and hired Mr. Fitzgerald who helped me understand what was a reasonable position under the circumstanceds. I feel like he saved me thousands in attorney fees, although I must admit that if I would have been more reasonable from the beginning we could have settled our mess without attorneys.

I went to Mr. Fitzgerald for a contested divorce several years ago. His prices were very fair even in with my complicated situation. He was polite and professional. I would use him again and have since recommended him to several friends and family members who were equally satisfied with his work.

if your situation is uncontested and the parties are in agreement, he does a wonderful job at the rate he quotes. However, if matters become contested, as indicated in his contract, he charges for his time. Some get offended by that, others expect to pay for professional advice and assistance. If you are willing to be reasonable with your spouse, you will get a fair deal from this attorney. If you want more than you are entitled, you can expect to pay for such services.

Absolutely incompetent and inconsiderate. Lawyer has very small knowledge base and has bad track record in court. He has discounted prices and it was obvious why. I would not even recommend him for a free consultation. He did not want to listen to any of my wishes or concerns. He is very brash and uneducated. Whenever i asked any questions he responded as if i was supposed to know the answer. Absolutely positively avoid this loser.
