This lawyer is a WORM....he does not represent the children and their best interests ...he was not supposed to take sides, but HE DID because the parent was paying his fees...he made the other parent look bad to the court as he had sided with that parent’s attorney..He is cancer indeed....now my children will suffer the consequences and won’t be able to have all that they could have had....

This man does very brief interviews with the children and tries to coerce them to accept his ideas & actually told the courts that the children wanted to see the defendant. Gave a verbal statement, nothing in writing. The children vehemently deny his version. They were denied the request to tell the judge the truth in person. These children are now prepared to testify to anyone who will listen. The oldest asked his mother: Mom, you told me to tell the truth and I did and look what is happening. WHY ? These children are now FORCED to see a person they denounced for beating them, insulting and degrading them and touching them in very inappropriate ways ! Some Justice system we have ! We will find a way in the legal system to make sure that justice is rendered for these children, if not now, the children, who are revolted by what this man has done, will take him to court when they are 18. I just wish we had gone on this site BEFORE we allowed him to become the children's lawyer !

Me Molpeceres is an amazing lawyer and he is phenomenal with children. He was able to get my son to open up to him when no one else could and at the end of my day, my child's wishes were respected because Me Molpeceres is so wonderful at what he does.

He met with my child for 15 minutes. During that time he took a phone call and spoke on the phone for 10 minutes to another client, it front of my child. I know this because I could hear the whole conversation from the waiting room. His office does not have a very private set-up and his conduct was disappointing.

Me. Moilpeceres refused to represent my stepson, claiming he would not make enough money handling his case. The more puzzling of the story is that when he initially met him, he was happy to take the case, although he was aware it was an international custody matter.

The previous comment is diffamatory to say the least. Me Molpeceres is a Child Attorney and Family Law Attorney. He is a good man, and sound lawyer - I would leave my children with him anyday. Obviously, the previous comment is from someone who lost custody after their children mandated Me Molpeceres to defend their interests... what a ridiculous thing to say.

This lawyer, who specializes in child custodies and divorce litigations, is the most dangerous of lawyers. He sometimes meets children without a mandate at his downtown office in Montreal. Need I say more?
