Consistently bad communication. I regret giving him Power of Attorney for our closing (we were the sellers) because I'm still not sure if I've been told all that occurred at the closing. He didn't seem to be much of an advocate for me. He was very interested in finishing the closing as quickly as possible rather than as thoroughly as possible.
