This attorney insisted on performing a consultation by phone rather that a professional, in-person consultation that any knowledgeable, competent attorney would conduct and require. When I explained twice that I will not consult by phone and require an in-person meeting, he literally told me to "go screw myself" and hung up on me. I was shocked by his extreme rudeness and obvious red-flags concerning competence.

Mr. Gnocchi was a very difficult person to get a hold of. Not only did he not help me win my case, my brother in law knew more than he did! We recommended steps we can take in my case and he denied and wanted me to plead guilty. Needless to say, I hired another lawyer and my case was won by not pleading guilty and fighting for what is right.
