he just doesn't seem to know what he is doing. missed a review court case when his name was called because he was outside the courtroom with the opposing attorney supposingly cutting a deal that was not requested by his clients, but laughing and talking for 20 minutes. can't read a vpo. did not know what type of drug test to request for a opiate addict who has an occasional persciption. requested an emergency hearing, costing the client money, but did not meet any of the guidlines to even be before the judge.
