I have used Anser Farooq and his firm throughout the years and his service and work ethics have remained consistently excellent. I was referred to him by a friend and oh boy does he fight hard for you. He takes each case personally as if it was his own case and will take full responsibility till the end. He will not abandon you if your criminal situation or your financial situation is dire. No lawyer have I seen works as hard as this man. He works all weekends, weekdays till 3am and it even got me worried about his health at some point. His rates are reasonable and he will take care of you till the end and he's a good human being most of all. He's a very good person and very pleasant to be around with. For any criminal charges, go to him, he is almost invincible in criminal law.

Anser aggressively and competently defended me in my criminal trial for assault (3 separate charges). He was always prepared and commanded respect in the courtroom. However, he is difficult to get a hold of, not detail oriented, and extremely arrogant. His office never contacted me unless it was to ask for more money or to do this review. It was up to me to contact them for status updates and information. In the end, I was satisfied with his work because he got the job done as he successfully had one of the charges thrown out and I was acquitted of the remaining charges.

After being falsely charged with assault, Mr. Farooq not only kept on top of my case, he also continued to assure me of solid defense and put counseled me to keep my spirits up and prevent depression. Which went a long way for me. Anser Farooq was heaven sent. He advanced my case and advocated for me with zeal and passion As if it were his own case. He got me above and beyond what I was seeking. He goes into war with all of the arsenal required to win. I have had many lawyers in the past including Greenspan and he exceeds all of them. I referred 5 people to him and he won all 5. He is a true talent and I am proud to have him as my lawyer and provides me with security knowing that if tomorow brings me to worse I will have no fear as he is one call away as an attorney for all times and all occasions. When Anser walks into a court room everyone sinks in fright. He is knowledgeable of the law and can predict what Judges will do and is never afraid to appeal a case and overturn a judges decision for us clients. Just finished up an 8 month case with Mr. Farooq. This was a case dealing with theft over $5000 from a charitible organization. Regardless of the fact I made many self-defeating statements and continually made the case worse for myself, Mr. Farooq was still able to get me off with no jail time. His insistance on my performing community service as well as other methods of restitution resulted in only receiving a period of probation and court-ordered counselling. I would recommend Anser Farooq to anyone dealing with a criminal matter in and around the Brampton area.

My husband falsely accused me for stabbing him multiple times and threat to kill him. The Crown was asking for jail and serious penalties against me. I am so great full to Anser Farooq who defended me so well that Crown could not say much before him and Judge has to dismissed all the charges against me. When I first found Anser, I was in big legal mess and could not sleep or do the basic tasks wit out worrying because of the stress of my situation. And all those crooks are not worth the nail on Ansers toes. His prices are fair and he delivers results on time. First of all, Anser is a god fearing man. So his faith principles make him not a crook like other criminal lawyers who will suck you dry and lie to you. Anser is extremely well prepared and always answers my call. Anser and his staff have to be the most disgusting scums on this planet. I wonder if there is anyone decent working out of that disturbing clown house. I found that Anser had a big mouth, severe A.D.D and half of the time he couldn't remember details about his client. He speaks non stop mostly because he likes to hear himself all the time. Trashy staff , very unprofessional.

I was charged with assaulting my wife. She made up a story about how i broke her finger, scratched and bruised her. Mr. Farooq was able to show that she was not telling the truth and the pictures could have been taken of anyone. She made the allegations to keep me from seeing our son. Thanks for a great job Anser!

Mr. Farooq is hands down one of the best lawyers in the gta area. I went for his free consultation for a criminal and family matter and he guided me every step of the way. He was available 24/7 to answer any of my questions nd had also boosted my self confidence as there was a lot of evidence against me. I was charged with theft and breach of trust from my employer, WalMart. The Crown wanted to give me a criminal record and argued that the court of appeal says the starting point for my punishment in breach of trust case is jail. Mr. Farooq argued to get me a conditional discharge. He used a case he had previously argued in which the judge gave a conditional discharge. and Mr. Farooq persuaded the Court that I too should be given a conditional discharge. I did not end up with a criminal record.

I had very bad experience with Mr. Farooq, I find him ignorant, not client oriented. He will maximum his interest and will continue to create fear to his clients. Mr. Farooq should only stick defending small court case's and shouldn't get involve everything.

He is a good lawyer. He is fair with amount of the expense and I liked him in a way he defend me against wrongful accusation of my former professor. My former professor was trying to cover her mistake and making fake documentation by requesting a peace bond. The judge dismissed her clime requesting a Peace Bond. I defiantly recommend him. I have explained Mr. Farooq ability to our community
