He had my case for two years, ended up trying to get me to settle for a lot less so that he could make some money since his suspension to practice law had just been removed !!! I did not know that he was suspended. How can this happen? What a joke - go elsewhere. Those few good reviews must have been paid for by him.

Paul seems to know plenty about what he's saying but is lacking in every area concerning communication and initiative. I had a lot of trust going in and he disappointed through and through. My case took years to resolve because he was disorganized and many times, forgot any pressing things. His cell phone voicemail inbox is always full and he rarely answers so it's impossible to reach him. He also doesn't use email so it makes it that much harder to get in touch. I was very dissatisfied with his inability to be accountable when he had done wrong. He does do things by the book,which I appreciate but the way he takes care of his business is unprofessional. Do your research and find a lawyer who can do the job they say they will.

after four months, Paul Otossi would NOT release my settlment check. His communication with me was not good.I rated his knowledge low because his co attorney took over with obtaining details that he said Ottosi should have done and were needed on my case. My communication with him was poor and. He told me "I don't want to represent you" then he wanted a fee once the other attorney took over. I was not impressed with his follow up and commitment to finish my case.

After I fired him it took 7 months 73 calls 5 trips to his office just to get my file back.I have filed a complaint with the state Bar. He did this to me and I am a member of the State Bar. Check his disciplinary page with the State Bar

Mr. Ottosi has been my lawyer for 2 separate insurance claims. On both occasions he got me the maximum amount payable and some. I would recommend him to any of my close friends and family. He's got a good sense of humor too! Can't beat him.

This attorney got me more than what I expected on my settlement! I and my husband were so happy. He paid me within 10 days. His office might be unorganized but he knew what he was doing. Sometimes he was hard at communication but at the end he made us very happy and satisfying!! Smart man . I still call him for legal advice.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Paul Ottosi. He is an extremely intelligent man. His office may look a little disorganized, but he knows where everything is. When it came time to go to court, that is when I truly could appreciate his vast knowledge and ability to think and speak faster than the opposing attorneys. I highly recommend Paul.

Do not hire this guy. He is totally unprofessional. He does not have email or know how to send a fax. His office looks like a tornado hit. I had to negotiate my own lien reductions from all my doctors and he still took a third of my award. PLUS some other misc. charges he still has not provided evidence of. He let my award sit in his trust acccount for two months so he could earn interest and lied to me four times saying he sent my check. He's a liar not a lawyer.

My grandmother and I were in an accident in 03. He was very unprofessional and had no idea what he was doing. We settled out of court because we were not confident starting a trial with him. I was a minor at the time, 15. I got a settlement of 10,000. He deposited my check into his bank accound and held it for 3 years. Not only did he keep the intrest on the money but he waited until I was 18 so he could take a bigger portion of my settlement for his fees. When he finally returned my calls to pick up my settlement check he scribbled a random number down, 6,666.66. Unfortunately, I was only 18 and very naive. I didn't think to have him explain how he came to that number. My medical fees we're suppose to be paid with my settlement by Mr. Ottosi. He didn't, now I have a bill from the doctor that I can't pay. I brought all my paperwork in from him stating that he payed the fees. They are working to try and go after Mr. Ottosi for the balance. He has not returned calls and is avoiding them.

He is a complete scam artist. Buyer beware. I had no idea until now that he was a personal injury lawyer. I gave him a retainer for a different type of case. He pocketed the money and never did any work and I lost the whole thing and had to start over with someone else. Like the other people stated, he doesn't return phone calls. He also will not email.

Do NOT go to this man. Never returns calls, told the insurance company of the man who hit me, "I hate Mercury Insurance, I'll see you in court", and did nothing for 9 months! He never returned MY insurance carrier's phone calls. I hired another attorney, and had my case settled in a mere 6 weeks!

Can create mountains of paper work but does nothing to resolve the matter. Expensive and ineffective.
