This firm won our tax litigation, and we are grateful. I constantly hire lawyers for my company, and 4 things stood out here. First, they quoted the lowest fee out of several Atlanta tax firms interviewed and they were the only firm to offer a flat fee. Second, their technology was cutting edge. Third, most people don't realize how much of an advantage that a team like this has over a solo government attorney trying to do everything himself. I used Calvin Bomar for a tax litigation / bill from IRS for over 100,000 dollars. We fought the case and at the end I ended up paying about 6000 dollars to Mr. Bomar and about 4000 dollars to IRS.

Best tax lawyer in the Southeast, period. You don't want a firm that sits around and consults with each other all day about your case, running up your bill. You want someone who wins their cases and charges less than other firms, and that's what he did for me. Someone might complain about their $4,000 bill at the end, but you don't see people claiming that he loses his cases, because he absolutely doesn't.

The firm doesn't seem efficient at all. Had to talk to multiple lawyers and repeat the same things while getting charged 300 an hour. They seem knowledgeable but lack the communication amoung themselves.
