I was very unhappy with my experience with Lowell Bernstein. My medical bills were not paid on time even though the check was sitting in my file when I went into the office to inquire. My phone calls never got returned unless I sent an angry email. In every event, he never admitted fault for not responding to me. It was always made to be my poor understanding. I will never use this law firm again and I certainly will never recommend them to anyone. My case involved an auto accident where the at fault party was underinsured. We did collect what we could from them but nothing was handled with any structure.
