Mr. Mallin is very knowledgeable in the family law. However, his time management, billing procedures and record keeping are atrocious. Mr. Mallin was late to court, late with filings, and late with billing. He also has a selective memory regarding verbal agreements with clients. Beware. Do not recommend this attorney.

This guy promises everything and then doesn't gets anything done. Things are constantly delayed, everything's last minute, and he demands to be paid without providing a billing. He caused me so much unnecessary stress and heartache when he should have been my buffer. Run for the hills!

You should check with the bar association before hiring this lawyer. I hired him and then found out he has been disciplined by the bar for unethical behavior, he does not communicate at all, he promises everything and does nothing. He hurt me more then he ever helped me.
