Kelly Gamble is extremely knowledgeable in California divorce law. I think most of her clients, including myself, are not. She is very clear in communicating what she can do and has been with me during my divorce. Because divorce is so charged with emotion many people confuse the emotional issues with the legal issues. Kelly is not a therapist or a fairy god mother. She is a lawyer. Lawyer's help us settle our legal matters. Our legal matters have to do with assets, debts and property. She is exceptional at her job. It is up to the client to manage the emotional aspects that inevitably are attached to such matters. So get a good therapist when you need a good lawyer.

very interesting how many bad reviews there are on this attorney. Even more interesting is how the negative feedback in each case, was exactly what I experienced at one time or another. Her ego is so huge, why?, I will never understand. Just look at her lame feedback she gives to her critics. We can thank god we do not have to own her soul when looking into the mirror.

Kelly Gamble is a real great lawyer. She's excellent. Very helpful. She just helped me win my case. I was so unhappy earlier but now felt much more better. She's the one person that helped me get through my toughest life. She had worked very hard on my case ever since she had excepted it. So, if anyone wants or needs a lawyer just pick her.

As my partner would say, You're taking a "gamble" using Kelly as your attorney! She talks the talk, but took my slam dunk case and turned it upside down. She's rude, unethical, and does NOT have her client's best interest. She's more concerned about brow beating her assistant(s) and bullying the client. She was in the Army but is waging a war with us civilians. She could use some anger management sessions. Oh and when the judge talks to her, she needs to close her mouth instead of leaving it open like a fish gasping for air!

She was actually the opposing council in my divorce case. She was absolutely hands down the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. And as for knowledge, she was clueless on the entire case. Time after time she was reprimanded by the judge for her outbursts. For the record, I represented myself, and won!! Don't waste your money or time w her!!

this is one unethical dishonest abusive verbally no know knowledge sham. She is a pit bull with nothing to back up her bite.Every word spoken in the other ratings is true, but what she did to my family is unforgiveable. What should have been a slam dunk case case cost me every dime $475,000 plus in addition to alimony for the rest of my life.I lost it all to someone who made millions of errors racked up a bill of over 275,000 and in the 11th hour 10 days before trial bails on me. It cost me $30,000 in sanctions for her actions.Lied and said she was an atty for 20 years and I found out she has never tried a case in her life.She is despicable and we are sufferring for rest of our lives.How does she sleep at night? As a for instance she has billed $22,000 in calls for a 10 month period.And whaen I lost everything that **** came after me for the balance owed. She is satan so run away!!!!

I can't convey in words how grateful I am for Kelly's amazing skill, knowledge & experience in matters so dear to the heart. I was an emotional wreck and had NO idea what I was doing in Family Law & needed help to deal with my very difficult ex. I needn't have worried with Kelly at the helm! She professionally & completely managed the entire situation -- in the courtroom and with the ex -- and even got my child support awarded higher than I'd expected! She didn't let my ex bully or intimidate her (that 11 years in the Marine's helps in so many ways!) & he now knows that I have strength & protection behind me at future court dates -- Kelly! Check your bills carefully. She charges 0.25 hours ($78) for every single e-mail or memo she reads or writes. Does it really take 15 minutes to read an e-mail?!! Every time she lifts a pinky, she charges you... And then rounds up! The way she charges her clients is flat out unethical.

This attorney does not tell the truth. Don't let her select the real estate broker to sell your home. She will take you very everything you ever worked for. She is in for herself and the money. Kelly will do anything there should be laws against people like her.

Interestingly, Ms. Gamble served as opposing counsel in my matter. Her level of professionalism and thoroughness recognizably exceeded that of my own attorney. She communicated exceptionally well and managed to convey the importance of a decision that represented the best interest of our minor child. She was tenacious. The only regret I have is that she did not represent me. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to win his/her case.

Kelly-with tenacity and skill was able to have custody of my daughter switched to me, the father. She was up against a dangerous, manipulative, and arrogant women and her attornies. Despite some hickups out of our control, her plan of attack was finally rewarded with a judgement and other key judgements. This was a case that without skill and knowledge would easily have been botched as my previous attorney did. The mother spat out 4 laywers pitted against Kelly. She had the skill, knowledge and personality. Job well done!

Ms. Gamble is a straight forward lawyer who knows her stuff. She works very hard to settle her cases in a timely and cost effective manner. Kelly Gamble was the opposing council in my divorce which was quite adversarial, however during this entire time she was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and quite objective. Her efforts to keep both parties focused on the task at hand, which was and is the well being of the minor children was outstanding. She represented her client with tenacity and dignity while being very firm and fair. If I required an attorney or had a friend requiring a divorce attorney I would recommend her without a blink. Kelly is a 1st class human being and a 1st class lawyer. She is well worth your money.

Kelly Gamble was informative, kind, straight forward, and very easy to talk with. She fought hard for the needs of me and my children and was very professional in court. She did not back down from the other lawyer nor did she make any deals that I didn't agree with. Her fees are well worth the services she provides. She was thorough and always communicated what she was doing either by mail, phone, e-mail or person. The entire office staff is helpful and kind. I had a terrible experience with this lawyer.She charged excessively.She was all talk but when it came down to it she was scared of the other partys lawyer and agreed to everything they wanted.At the end I paid her a fortune and I had nothing more than what I had started with minus $6,000.I would never recommend her.
