Joel Davies is an attorney that will do anything for a buck. If you are looking for an attorney to help you steal assets from an estate or cut out other beneficiaries, he is your guy. He probated my parents' estates and filed false proof of service with the court. He never tried to contact me via my current email, phone or address. My parents' Wills were probated and I did not get my fair share. He assisted my brother in stealing the estate assets. Joel Davies is a horrible, corrupt, evil attorney. Hire him if that is what you need.

Top notch attorney. Would use again and again. Always answers phone calls, stays on top of the law, stays on top of his cases. Nice personality but strong. Would highly recommend. Stayed with me on my case until it was finished successfully.

Mr Davies gives a first impression that he cares about you as a client. He did not do any research on our case. The research our family did, we had given it to Mr. Davies, hoping to help our side of the case and he handed it over to the opposition. He also charged considerable fees for court appearances that we know for fact he never attended. When confronted on this, he claimed he put in much more time than what we were billed to justify the expense. We hired Mr. Davies in 2000, when the estate was settled in 2003 there was still a loose end that needed to tied up. It is now 2008 and the loose end is still hanging. Mr. Davies feels if we want to pursue the matter we need to pay him another $1500.00+. The family feels we paid him to do a job and he did not complete the job. We have since had to hire another attorney to try to finish this matter. Mr. Davies does not put the effort into your case unless there is a large profit in it for him. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
